Hi, I made this software this morning, It’s yet another Twitter Adder that follows and unfollows the top 100 ish Twitter users. It acts in a random way to emulate a real person and adds people and then removes them in a three hour window.
It’s a re-working of some software I wrote a few months ago which would build your following by 700 users each 24 hours. I still use that software occasionally and I haven’t had any accounts banned which was surprising as I wasn’t using proxies.
It is gentle on the Twitter API and as I said it shouldn’t get you banned, but I’d still be careful and use a proxy. I use Proxyfirewall which is a great free application and just requires registration online and combine that with Proxy finder enterprise, or Tor.
If you want to try it I suggest setting up a new test Twitter account and run the software through a proxy. Just see how it goes, if you find your accounts are building nicely and have no problems then try it out on a regular account.
You may remember I mentioned “viral” in the thread title, that is because the software will also perform the following actions:

It will also open a webpage where the software can be downloaded.
I have included these two actions for market research purposes, they are not meant to be annoying or spammy just part of a strategy.
I am toying with the idea of selling it for a few bucks as a rebrandable product with resale rights. The owner could then send out their own viral tweets…just an idea. Please let me know your thoughts.
