1. PrettyPhoto XSS fix.
2. Fix potential plugin conflict by removing the use of the ‘$’ jquery shortcut.
3. Fixed issue with undefined $video_url in header on theme activation.
4. Fixed id issue with sidebars.
5. Check for custom field in WP_Query to make sure the posts per page value stays consistent.
6. Remove the_content() from the taxonomy archive. Also, switch it to check for the custom field in the WP_Query.
7. Update content_width.
8. Updated sql file to use default theme options.
9. Javascript refactoring
