I’ve got a lot out of this forum over the last few months and so have decided to start giving back.

I’m going to upload what I hope are useful resources for those of you who are considering leveraging your operations by outsourcing tasks.

What I would have found really useful when I was first starting outsourcing is a timetable/plan for structuring the outsourced tasks (and guiding your workers) and instructions/training for the workers.

First up for sharing is our basic Outsourcing Tasks Timetable (for SEO/site promotion).

As you can see, we divide up the week by day then by hour and assign a task to each unit of time. Feel free to mix this up and allocate the time in any way you think works best – we have just found better results by avoiding choping and changing the task a worker does during the day. Better to get a full 3 hours at one type of task then change to another task for 3 hours.

I will upload other Timetables for content creation and product creation later and hopefully some ‘training guides’.
