Just save the zip file to your hard drive, then login to wordpress, go to the plugins area, and install it by finding the zip file through the “install plugins” tool within wordpress.

Once you have it installed, go to this yahoo pipe http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.info?_id=4db8a79b3acfe2b279d999b71eb04bbc and insert a foreign language RSS feed into the pipe and have the pipe translate it into english (hint, the english symbol is en . German translates very well into english with few grammar errors, try a german feed)
Then, click here to grab the rss feed of the pipe: http://screencast.com/t/Zomcu9vvc
Insert that RSS feed into the plugin and import the posts. Try different features, saving, autopost, save as draft, etc…
